Claims Reimbursements can be filed through our Smile PH app and Member's Portal.
After Logging In, Go to Claims tab. Fill up all necessary information then submit.
- Make sure that the attached files are readable.
- You can also view the status of filed claim as well as your past records.
Notes:
- Turn-Around time for the processing of claims is within 15 business days from receipt of complete documents.
- When the claims has been settled, An SMS notification will be sent to your Registered Mobile Number indicating the Status, Credited amount, and Date.
- In case of Lacking Requirements, An SMS notification will be sent to your Registered Mobile Number.
